Pan-fried sole
Ingredients
- Sole 2
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Wash and drain the sole fish
2. Sprinkle salt on both sides, spread evenly, and marinate for 30 minutes
3. Hot oil in cold pot
4. Heat oil in a cold pan, add sole and fry over low heat
5. Turn to the other side and fry slowly
6. Fry until both sides are golden brown and serve
