Pastoral Pizza
Ingredients
- Flour 150g
- Yeast 2 grams
- White sugar 8 grams
- Salt 2 grams
- Olive oil 10g
- Clear water 80 grams
- Cheese 170g
- Green pepper 40g
- Onion 10g
- Corn kernels 50 grams
- Breakfast sausage 3 pieces
- Corn oil Half a teaspoon
- Pizza straw Half a teaspoon
- Homemade pizza sauce 3 small spoons
- Tomato sauce 1 small spoon
Steps
1. Put flour and yeast into a basin and add sugar.
2. Add salt.
3. Add olive oil.
4. Add water.
5. Knead the dough and ferment.
6. Prepare cheese.
7. Chop the green pepper.
8. Dice the breakfast sausage and chop the purple onion.
9. Turn on medium heat, put half a teaspoon of corn oil in the pot to heat, add chopped green peppers and fry until the water is dry, then turn off the heat.
10. Let the dough double in size.
11. Add chopped pizza grass.
12. Knead evenly and let it rest for ten minutes.
13. Roll out the dough into a thin and even thickness.
14. Place in pizza pan.
15. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, prick some holes with a fork, and bake at 180 degrees for 7 minutes.
16. Take out and spread a layer of pizza sauce.
17. Spread a thin layer of cheese.
18. Sprinkle chopped onion and green pepper.
19. Add corn kernels.
20. Add diced breakfast sausage.
21. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
22. Add the rest of the cheese, squeeze in the tomato sauce, and continue to bake in the oven for 6 or 7 minutes.

Tips
- 1. The side dishes can be mixed and increased or decreased in quantity at will.
- 2. Green peppers should be fried to dry out the moisture in advance. If they are put in directly, there may be moisture in the baked pizza, which will affect the taste.
- 3. Poke some holes in the pizza before baking to prevent the dough from bulging when baking.
