Patterned little turtle steamed buns
Ingredients
- Flour 430g
- Yeast 3g (5g in winter)
- Water About 150ML
- Dark black cocoa powder Appropriate amount
Steps
1. After the dough has fermented, take it out, divide it into small pieces, and then roll each small piece into a round shape.
2. Take a portion of the white dough and add dark black cocoa powder to make a turtle shell.
3. Dip in some water and stick it on. If you like fillings, the white dough can be stuffed into the fillings!
4. Then take a clean comb and press out the square print as shown in the picture.
5. Use a round mold to press out the four claws of the turtle.
6. Use a knife to press out a few seals to further upgrade.
7. Make a long strip, with one end thin to make the tail and one end thick to make the head.
8. Then flatten the middle part, so that it can be done in one step.
9. Glue the turtle's body. If it doesn't stick, apply some water!
10. Then add four turtle claws. If there are sesame seeds or beans, you can stuff them into them to make eyes. I happened to not have any of these at home, so I used edible coloring pens to draw the eyes.
11. When you see this picture, it’s not cute. There is a turtle turning over. Do you think it can get up?
12. A large wave of little turtle-shaped buns crawl towards you. If you like it, take action if you like it!
