Peach Gum Brown Sugar Porridge
Ingredients
- Peach gum 50g
- Glutinous rice 20g
- Ganmi 40g
- Brown sugar 50g
- Water 1000g
Steps
1. Prepare the peach gum, glutinous rice and stem rice by weighing them
2. Add water to peach gum, glutinous rice and ground rice, add water, and soak for 1 night
3. Soak the peach gum, pick out the magazine, wash it, drain it and set aside
4. Rice, rinse and drain
5. Pour rice into the pot, add water, and cook over high heat
6. After boiling, add peach gum and continue cooking
7. After boiling again, stir evenly
8. Turn down the heat, put the shovel inside, cover the pot, and simmer for 30 minutes
9. When the time is up, remove the lid and stir evenly again
10. Add brown sugar
11. Stir the brown sugar until melted and turn off the heat
12. Pour the cooked peach gum brown sugar porridge into a bowl

Tips
- 1: Put the shovel in the pot to avoid the porridge and soup overflowing the pot surface
