Pearl milk tea
Black tea bag 1 package | Milk 1 can |
Condensed milk 1 box | Tapioca flour Appropriate amount |
Brown sugar Appropriate amount |
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil, add tea bags and simmer for 5 minutes. A large glass of water is equivalent to about two black tea bags.Step 2
Filter the impurities from the brewed black tea and immediately pour in warm evaporated milk (or milk). The ratio of tea to milk is about 1:3. Add another spoonful of condensed milk and stir. You can use plain or chocolate-flavored condensed milk, depending on your taste. The sweetness with condensed milk is just right.Step 3
[Then make your own pearls] Mix brown sugar and water (1:5) and bring to a boil. Pour into the same amount of tapioca flour as water while still hot. Pour it in slowly in batches, stirring quickly while pouring, until it forms a dough.Step 4
Grasp the small dough and roll it into pearls. After rolling each pearl, roll it in a circle of tapioca flour so that the pearls can be easily shaped and will not stick to the pearls.Step 5
Bring the water to a boil, add the pearls, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and close the lid and simmer for 15 minutes. The cooked pearls are very transparent and have no impurities. After cooking, soak in cold water and it's done. The color is light, healthy and elastic.Step 6
Add the pearls to the milk tea and you’re done! Bubble milk tea cooking tips
