Heat the oil in the pot until it is 60% hot. Add the meat piece by piece and fry until golden and take it out. When the oil is hotter, add the meat piece and fry for 30 seconds. Take it out.Step 5
Add a little oil to the pot, add tomato sauce and stir-fry until red oil is produced. Add sugar, light soy sauce and white vinegar and stir-fry until thick. Add in meat and stir-fry.Step 6
