Pork Chops with Corn and Broccoli
Pork chop 2 blocks | Broccoli 1 large tree (2 small trees) |
Corn 2 | Salt (pork chop/broccoli) 1.5 teaspoon/1/8 teaspoon |
Pepper 1.5 teaspoons | Red pepper powder 1.5 teaspoons |
Five-spice powder 1.5 teaspoons |
Step 1
Ingredients Preparation: Boil a pot of water for the corn. After the water is boiled, cut the broccoli into small pieces.Step 2
After the water boils, put the corn in the pot and cook. Fry the pork chop while cooking.Step 3
Use a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, heat the pan and cool the oil. Coat both sides of the pork chop with salt, pepper, and red pepper powder, and fry the pork chop over medium-high heat (medium heat for open fire) for 2 minutes until golden brown.Step 4
Turn over and cut the second side, no more than 2 minutes until golden brownStep 5
If the pork chop is thick, use tongs to pick up the sides and fry it. The center of the fried pork chop should be a little pink.Step 6
Take out the fried pork chop and put it on a plate and let it sit for a while. Also put the corn on the plate. Cover with foil to keep warm. Placing the pork chop allows the moisture to flow back into the pork, making the pork chop juicier. If you cut it right after taking it out, all the juice will flow to the plate instead of being in the meat.Step 7
Use the pan you just used to fry the pork chops, put the broccoli in it, just add a little salt and stir-fry.Step 8
If it's too dry, add the water you just cooked the corn in. Stir fry and remove from the pan.Step 9
