Potato and Chicken Claypot Rice
Fragrant rice 100g | Chicken wings 5 |
Potato 1 | Carrot 1 root |
Salt 1g | Light soy sauce One scoop |
Old soy sauce One scoop | sugar 2g |

Step 1
Wash the rice and soak it for two hours in advance.Step 2
Wash and cut the chicken pieces into pieces, peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into pieces.Step 3
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, add carrots and potatoes and stir-fry until slightly brown, add chicken pieces.Step 4
Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, add water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat.Step 5
Cook until the soup thickens and add chopped green onion.Step 6
Put enough water to cover 1 mm of rice in the pot, pour in a few drops of oil, and cook over high heat.Step 7
