Pumpkin 150g	White sugar 30g
Corn flour 200g

How to make pumpkin corn cake

Step 1

Wash the pumpkin, peel it, remove the seeds and cut it into small pieces. Steam it in a pot with cold water for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Take 150g of steamed pumpkin and press it into puree

Step 3

While hot, pour in 30g sugar and mix well

Step 4

Pour 200g corn flour into a non-stick pan and stir-fry until cooked

Step 5

Pour cooked corn flour into pumpkin puree and knead into dough

Step 6
