Steps

3. Soak the pears in baking soda and salt water and clean them.

Tips
- Don’t add Sichuan clam powder and rock sugar at the beginning, otherwise the Sichuan clam powder will be filtered out when filtering the residue. You can put some Luo Han Guo and some Chinese medicinal materials in Qiuli paste. When drinking, take a spoonful of Qiuli paste and dissolve it in water, stir evenly. Qiuli ointment is cold and cannot be drank every day.
