Step 1

The next day, a lot of water has come out of the radish. Pour out the water and wash away the remaining salt with running water. After washing, pull a little out and taste it. When the weather is cold in the south, it will take three or four days to ferment. In the north, it may take longer. If the weather is hot, the time will be shorter. Once the fermentation is complete, put it in the refrigerator to maintain the taste. If you have a small family, it is not recommended to cook in large quantities~
