Fine sugar 15 grams | Yeast 2 grams |
Milk powder 5 grams | Eggs 1 |

Step 1
Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the kneading bowl. It is important to note here that the salt and sugar do not come into direct contact with the yeast. All liquid materials need to be refrigerated. The room temperature in my house today was about 30 degrees, and I even tied an ice pack to knead the dough. ❗Reserve 10-15 grams of liquid for beginners, and decide whether to add it depending on the water absorption of the dough.Step 2
Knead the dough at medium speed for about 6-8 seconds and a rough film will appear.Step 3
Add softened butter at room temperature.Step 4
Knead the dough again with the mixer at medium speed for about 8-10 minutes until the glove film appears.Step 5
Smooth and place into an oiled container, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.Step 6
The room temperature was 30 degrees, and I fermented it for about an hour. Dip your fingers into flour and poke a hole into the fermented dough. Just make sure it doesn't shrink back or shrinks back slowly.Step 7
Divide into six equal parts, deflate and roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.Step 8
Mix red bean paste and honey red beans, divide into six portions and roll into balls.Step 9
Take a piece of loose dough, with the smooth side facing down, and press it into a cake shape that is thin on all sides and thick in the middle.Step 10
Wrap in a piece of red bean filling.Step 11
Close the mouth, seal it tightly.Step 12
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size. When it is about to ferment, preheat the oven to 200 and 180 for 10 minutes.Step 13
Brush the surface of the fermented dough with egg wash or milk and garnish with sesame seeds. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, the time can be adjusted according to your oven conditions. The bread is ready to bake when both sides are golden brown.Step 14
After taking it out of the oven, shake it and let it cool.Step 15
