Rilakkuma bento
Ingredients
- rice
- Dried abalone edges
- Eggs 2
- Frozen peas
- Ham sausage
- Seaweed seasoning
- Salt
- Sugar
- Soy sauce
Steps
1. Soak the dried abalone in water
2. Wash and drain and set aside
3. Beat 2 eggs with salt and set aside
4. Brush the pan with a layer of base oil and heat it up, then pour in the egg liquid
5. Sprinkle with soaked abalone and roll it up
6. Spread another layer of egg liquid and roll the abalone edges together
7. Fry the egg roll until the surface is golden
8. Take out the slices and set aside
9. Add peas to the remaining abalone and fry until cooked. Add salt and sugar to taste
10. Cut ham into sections. Cut the surface deeply into 6 equal portions
11. Stuff a pea in the middle
12. Shape the rice into the shape of Rilakkuma
13. Fill in the gaps with stir-fried peas
14. Place egg rolls and ham sausage
15. Decorate with cheese slices and seaweed
