Ingredients
- Butter 80g
- Low gluten flour 115g
- Milk powder 6g
- Powdered sugar 50g
- Salt 1g
- Vanilla extract A few drops
- Whip cream 42g
Steps
1. Butter slices

Tips
- 1. The oven preheating is generally 10-20 degrees higher than the baking temperature. It’s time to preheat the oven while you’re beating the butter!
- 2. The temperature of the whipping cream should be 25 degrees. If it is too low, you can microwave it for a few seconds or heat it with 30 degrees hot water. If the temperature is low, the butter will harden and the batter will be difficult to squeeze.
- 3. The color will color quickly in the last 5 minutes, so keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
