1. Put all the ingredients into the bread machine in the order of sugar, salt, milk, eggs, flour, and yeast. Select the kneading program for 30 minutes. During this period, observe the shape of the dough and add more if it is hard. When the milk is soft, fill it with some flour.

2. After 15 minutes, add softened butter, take it out and knead the dough with your hands until a glove film appears.

3. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size. Dip your fingers in water and press the dough to prevent it from shrinking. It will take about 2 hours at room temperature. You can adjust the time according to seasonal changes.

4. Deflate the risen dough again, divide the kneaded dough into several portions, and knead each portion into a round shape.

5. Place in burger mold and ferment until doubled in size.

6. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes, place the middle and lower layers, and bake for about 15 minutes. If the color is too dark, cover it with tin foil.
