Seafood Pizza
Ingredients
- High-gluten flour 65g
- Low gluten flour 35g
- Yeast 3g
- Warm water 55 grams
- Salt 2 grams
- Fine sugar 8 grams
- Butter 10g
- Shrimp 12 pieces
- Crab sticks 3 sticks
- Onions, corn kernels, peas, green peppers Appropriate amount

Steps
1. Put the pizza crust ingredients into a basin, slowly add warm water, and use chopsticks to stir continuously to form a snowflake shape.
2. Knead into a smooth dough with your hands.
3. Place in a basin and cover with plastic wrap to ferment until doubled in size.

12. Add vegetable cubes, fresh shrimps and crab sticks respectively

14. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
