Seaweed kimchi rice
Ingredients
- Rice 2 bowls
- Sushi Nori 2 sheets
- ham sausage One piece

- Korean Spicy Cabbage 100g
- Cucumber 100g

Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Prepare the rice.
3. Pour a little sesame oil into the wok, add diced spicy cabbage and fry until fragrant. Set aside.
4. Wash the pot and add a little oil, pour in the egg liquid mixed with salt and spread it into an egg skin.
5. Cut the ham, cucumber and egg skin into strips.
6. Place seaweed on the sushi roll, and then spread the rice evenly on the seaweed.
7. Sprinkle cooked sesame seeds evenly. Add spicy cabbage.
8. Add cucumber, egg skin, and ham sausage in sequence.
9. Start rolling up.
10. Then cut into pieces and serve.
Tips
- After the spicy cabbage is stir-fried and rolled into kimbap, it tastes better.
- There is no need to add salt to the rice, the spicy cabbage is already very salty.
- When cutting the rolled kimbap, you can dip the knife in some hot water to make it easier to cut without sticking the knife.
