Sesame Sauce Yogurt
Ingredients
- 5 trees
- Fresh lettuce 3
- Half sheet of tofu skin
- 1/2 teaspoon of mature vinegar
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame paste
- A little sugar
- A little salt
- 1 tsp sweet noodle sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Steps
1. Wash and dry the lettuce, then cut into 4 or 5cm long pieces
2. Cut the stemmed part into four pieces. This part has the best taste, so don’t throw it away
3. Roll up the tofu skin and cut into long strips about 1 finger wide
4. Boil the water in the pot, add the tofu skin and blanch it for a while, remove it, dry it and let it cool
5. Take an appropriate amount of lettuce segments, roll them up with tofu skin, and place them on a plate
6. Put the sesame paste and sweet noodle sauce into a small bowl, add sesame oil, stir thoroughly to dissolve the sesame paste and sweet noodle sauce
7. Add minced garlic, salt, sugar and vinegar, mix thoroughly to make sesame sauce
8. Serve the lettuce and bean skin rolls with the sauce. You can also prepare some other favorite sauces such as bean paste for dipping
