Shrimp Golden Fried Rice
Ingredients
- Cooked rice 1 bowl
- Fresh shrimp 8 pieces
- Eggs 2
- Carrot 1 small section
- Salt According to personal taste
- Chopped green onion 1 root
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Remove heads, shells and devein from shrimps.
3. Rinse the processed shrimps with cold water and chop into small pieces.
4. Chop the shrimps and set aside.
5. Peel the carrots and chop into small pieces.
6. Eggs. Use a separator to separate the egg whites and yolks.
7. Break up the egg yolks with chopsticks.
8. Chop the shrimp and add a little protein. (It’s egg white.)
9. Add a little salt.
10. Mix evenly with chopsticks and set aside to marinate for later use.
11. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the shrimp and stir-fry over low heat.
12. Fry until the shrimp changes color, remove and set aside.
13. Heat the oil pan again, add carrots and stir-fry. Fry until soft and set aside.
14. Add oil to the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 70%, add the egg yolk liquid and turn to low heat.
15. Pour the cooked rice into the pot.
16. Use a shovel to stir-fry continuously.
17. Add the fried shrimps and stir-fry evenly.
18. Add the fried chopped carrots and stir-fry.
19. Add salt and stir-fry evenly.
20. Put it into a bowl, sprinkle with a little chopped green onion, baby is waiting to eat! One bowl can be finished in no time, paired with a bowl of soup, it's a great meal.
Tips
- 1. It is best to use leftover rice, because there is not so much water, and the fried rice will be distinct.
- 2. The seasoning can be seasoned according to personal preference, but if it is eaten by babies, it is not recommended to season it too much.
- 3. Peel and chop the shrimps, add egg white and salt and marinate for a while to remove the fishy smell.
