Sichuan Spicy Crab
Ingredients
- Sea crab 5
- Oil (auxiliary material) 2 spoons
- Salt (auxiliary material) 2 spoons
- Cooking wine (auxiliary material) 2 spoons
- Dark soy sauce (auxiliary material) 1 spoon
- Steamed fish soy sauce (auxiliary material) 2 spoons
- Sugar (auxiliary material) 1 spoon
- Chili (auxiliary material) 2 pcs
- Garlic (auxiliary material) 3 cloves
- Ginger (auxiliary material) 10g
- Onion (auxiliary material) 1 root
Steps
1. Wash the crabs and cut them in half
2. Mince ginger, garlic and chili pepper
3. Heat oil and stir-fry ginger and garlic
4. Add sea crabs and stir-fry until they change color, add cooking wine
5. Add steamed fish soy sauce
6. Add salt and sugar
7. Boil the water over high heat and then reduce the heat to medium to low
8. Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion

- Crabs are cold, so you can add more ginger and garlic
