Simple and convenient rice cooker cola chicken wings
Ingredients
- Chicken Wings 7 pieces
- Coke 1 bottle
- Ginger 6 pieces
- Soy sauce 2 spoons
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Salt 1 tsp
Steps
1. Prepare materials;
2. Wash off the blood from the chicken wings, add a small spoonful of salt and marinate for 20 minutes
3. Use a fork or toothpick to poke some small holes on the surface of the chicken wings;
4. Slice ginger, at least 6 slices;
5. Pour 1 tablespoon cooking oil into the rice cooker, add ginger slices and spread the oil evenly;
6. Put in the chicken wings, with the skin of the chicken wings facing up, and place the ginger slices under the chicken wings to remove the fishy smell and prevent them from sticking to the pan.
7. Add 1 small bottle of Coke;
8. Make sure the cola covers the chicken wings (about 300ml);
9. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
10. Pour 1 tablespoon of cooking wine;
11. Press the lid of the pot and press the cooking button.
12. Just wait until the rice cooker finishes cooking and automatically jumps to the keep warm setting.

Tips
- 1. There must be no ginger, otherwise the earthy smell of the chicken will not be removed.
- 2. No need to add salt, soy sauce is salty.
