Snail meat and apple soup
Ingredients
- Apple 1
- Snail meat 80g
- Carrot Half root
- Sea Coconut 200g
- Dried figs 3 pieces
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Ginger A few slices
- Water Appropriate amount
- Lean meat 100g
Steps
1. Peel and slice the ginger
2. Prepare and wash the lean meat.
3. Rinse the sea coconut.
4. Wash the snail meat and cut into small pieces.
5. Peel, core and cut the apple into small pieces.
6. Peel the carrots, wash and cut into small pieces.
7. Dry clean the figs.
8. Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot and add the ingredients (except salt). Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 60 minutes.
9. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly, then the soup is ready.
