Snow peas, seafood, mushrooms and scrambled eggs
Ingredients
- Eggs 3
- Snow peas 150g
- Seafood Mushroom 80g
- Carrot Half one
- Cooking wine 1 small spoon
- Oil and salt Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare raw materials;
2. Boil water in a pot, add some salt and a few drops of oil, add snow peas and blanch them;
3. Break the eggs into a bowl, add some salt and 1 spoon of cooking wine to taste, break them up and set aside;
4. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the beaten egg liquid, fry lightly until it is set, cut it into small pieces with chopsticks, and set aside;
5. Heat the oil in the pan, add the carrot slices and stir-fry;
6. Add seafood mushrooms and stir-fry;
7. Stir-fry until the seafood is slightly soft, then add the blanched snow peas and stir-fry;
8. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste and stir-fry evenly;
9. Finally, add the scrambled eggs, stir well and serve on a plate.

Tips
- 1. When blanching snow peas, adding a few drops of oil and salt can maintain the color and texture of the vegetables; 2. Adding some cooking wine to the eggs can help remove the fishy smell from the eggs. to make the eggs fluffier; 3. Stir-frying the carrots with oil will facilitate the absorption of the carrots; 4. Stir-fry the seafood mushrooms until they become soft, add the snow peas, stir-fry, add salt to taste, and finally add the scrambled eggs. Stir fry evenly.
