Something you can only taste in spring - roasted pork with wild bamboo shoots
Ingredients
- Wild bamboo shoots Appropriate amount
- Lean meat Appropriate amount
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ginger 1 small piece
Steps
1. Wild bamboo shoots dug from the mountain
2. Take as much as you need and peel off the shell
3. Prepare pork, garlic, and ginger
4. Wash the wild bamboo shoots and cut off the old end section
5. Then cut into sections and flatten them with the back of a knife (as shown in the picture)
6. Handle everything and set aside
7. Peel and wash the garlic and cut into thin slices, wash and cut the ginger into thin slices
8. Cut everything and set aside
9. Wash the pork and cut into thick shreds
10. Then add a little cooking wine and a little light soy sauce, mix well and set aside
11. Boil a pot of water
12. Plant bamboo shoots after the water boils

26. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce

Tips
- ① If you don’t have wild bamboo shoots, you can use spring bamboo shoots instead!
- ② The bamboo shoots must be blanched first, otherwise they will taste very astringent!
- ③ Be sure to heat boiling water, not cold water!
- ④ No need to add fine salt!
