Soy potato shreds
Ingredients
- Potatoes 2 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dried red pepper One
- Peppercorns Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce Half spoon
- Vinegar A spoonful
- Salt A small spoon
Steps
1. Peel and wash two potatoes.
2. Cut into thin slices.
3. Cut into shreds.
4. Wash it twice in cold water to wash off the starch. It is best to soak it in clean water for a while.
5. Fish out.
6. Boil the water in the pot.
7. Add shredded potatoes.
8. Blanch until the water boils, about 1 minute.
9. Fish out.
10. Rinse cold water twice.
11. Control the water and fish it out.
12. Crush the garlic and finely chop.
13. Prepare peppercorns.

Tips
- ① Wash off the starch from the cut potato shreds.
