Step 1
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Throw in a piece of buckwheat pancake or any strong instant noodles and cook until soft. Turn off the heat, cool down and add water. Wait for later.Step 2
Heat the pan again, add some oil, and crack duck eggs into it according to the amount of dough and personal preference (double yellow duck eggs are not common, ordinary chicken or duck eggs are optional)Step 3
Before the egg mixture is completely set, I quickly spread it and spread it over the dry noodles I prepared at the beginning.Step 4
Fry briefly, flip with chopsticks, and optionally add some spicy pig's trotters, beans and peanuts to season the noodles.Step 5
I'll probably mix it up, and then throw in the relatively uncooked milk cabbage stems and cabbage.Step 6
Look at the stems when they are blanched and soft, and then throw away the remaining garlic slices and cabbage leaves.Step 7
Just bury it in the noodles, take the pot away from the fire, pull out the roots and taste the noodles. Be careful to scald and quickly add any missing parts, such as salt and light soy sauce.Step 8
When you're done, bring the heat back to a boil and stir until you like it. Then you can turn off the heat, find a plate, take it out of the pot, and politely appreciate the two rounds. Eat as you like.Step 9
