Spicy Salted Edamame
Ingredients
- Edamame pods 500g
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum 2 grams
- Aniseed 1 piece
- Cumin 1g
- Scent leaves 1 piece
- Dahurian Angelica 2 tablets
- Lilac 3
- Caoguo 1
- Cinnamon 1 small piece
- Dried chili 3 pcs
- Pepper pepper 3 grams
Steps
1. Remove bad beans and yellow leaves from edamame first
2. Rinse with water
3. Use scissors to cut off both sides of the edamame (this will make the flavor better)
4. Prepare spices
5. Szechuan pepper, dried chili pepper
6. Pour cold water into the pot and pour in all the spices
7. Boil over high heat for 10 minutes
