Spicy sausage
Ingredients
- 300g cooked fat sausage
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- Pepper pepper 2 grams
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 slices of ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
- Rice vinegar 1 tsp
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
Steps
1. Cut the cooked sausage into sections
2. Cut the red bell pepper diagonally into sections
3. Green bell pepper cut into sections
4. Slice garlic and shred ginger
5. Prepare peppercorns
6. Heat a pan with cold oil over low heat, add peppercorns and stir-fry until they change color
7. Add garlic slices and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant
8. Turn to high heat and pour in the sausage
9. Add rice vinegar to remove the smell
10. Add cooking wine again to remove the smell, add sugar and stir well
11. Pour the bell pepper
12. Add light soy sauce, stir well and serve

Tips
- 1. Vinegar has a very good effect on removing fishy smell. Vinegar will evaporate when preheated and take away the fishy smell, so there is no need to worry about it being sour.
- 2. Adding sugar can enhance the freshness and neutralize the spiciness.
