Spicy Stir-fried Minced Tofu
Cumin 1/2 teaspoon | Mustard Seed 1/2 teaspoon |
Ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon | Green chili, chopped 1 box/450 g old tofu appropriate amount salt 2 tablespoons coriander 2 roots |
medium onion, chopped 1 | medium tomatoes, chopped 1 |
Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon | Chili powder ¼ teaspoon |
Step 1
Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions.Step 2
Crush the old tofu and set aside.Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter/butter or cooking oil in a pan, add cumin, mustard seeds, minced ginger, garlic and green pepper and sauté until fragrant.Step 4
After adding all the seasonings, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes are soft.Step 5
Add the chopped tofu and salt and stir-fry evenly, then stir-fry for another 3 minutes.Step 6
