Spinach Egg Roll
Ingredients
- Spinach Appropriate amount
- Eggs 3
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Ham 2 ham
- Vegetable oil A small amount
Steps
1. Wash spinach
2. Put water in the pot and boil, add spinach and blanch it
3. Take it out and put it into cold water
4. Take out the water
5. Chop
6. Crack three eggs into a small bowl
7. Add appropriate amount of salt
8. Mix thoroughly
9. Add spinach and mix thoroughly
10. Brush the electric frying pan with oil and pour in the spinach and egg liquid. Close the lid
