Steamed Tofu with Assorted Eggs
Ingredients
- Silky tofu 1 piece
- Eggs 3
- Children's ham Half
- Green beans 50 grams
- Sweet corn 50g
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Refined salt 2 grams
- Chive leaves 2 pcs
- Cornstarch 1 spoon
- Corn oil 1 tsp
Steps
1. Cut the children's ham into small pieces
2. Blanch the green beans and sweet corn, take them out and set aside
3. Cut chive leaves into small pieces
4. Put corn starch into a bowl
5. Add 30ml cold water and mix thoroughly. The water starch is ready and set aside
6. A piece of soft tofu
7. Cut the tofu into 1cm square pieces
8. Blanch tofu for 2 minutes
9. Take out the blanched tofu and drain the water
10. Divide the tofu into 2 bowls
11. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl
12. Mix thoroughly
13. Add 2 grams of refined salt, add 100ml of cold water and mix thoroughly
14. Sieve the egg liquid and pour it into the tofu
15. Both bowls are 8 points full
16. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and use a toothpick to poke a few holes to let out the air
17. Put the egg and tofu bowl into the boiling steamer
18. Bring to a boil and then steam over medium heat for 15 minutes
19. After the wok is heated, add 1 tsp corn oil
20. After the oil is hot, add the ham and stir-fry evenly
21., stir-fry evenly and add the blanched green beans and sweet corn
22. Add 100ml boiling water
23. Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce
24. Boil
25. Add water starch
26. Bring to a boil and the sauce is ready
27. The eggs are steamed and cooked
28. Add the sauce on top of the eggs
29. Sprinkle with chive leaves
30. Steamed tofu with assorted eggs is ready to eat~
31. Steamed tofu with assorted eggs is tender and smooth, rich in nutrients, and very delicious. It can be used for breakfast or late night snack~
