Stir-fried bacon with fragrant dried garlic and green garlic
Ingredients
- Green garlic sprouts Half a catty
- Dried fragrant 2 pieces
- Spring bamboo shoots 1 piece
- Bacon 1 tael
- Ginger A little

Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients;
2. Use the back of a knife to pat loose the stems of garlic seedlings;
3. Cut into sections and separate the garlic leaves (you will fry the stems first and then the garlic leaves later);
4. Cut the dried fragrant into shreds;
5. Slice spring bamboo shoots;
6. Slice the spring bamboo shoots and then shred them;
7. Cut the bacon into thin slices (the thinner, the better);

17. Stir-fry over high heat;
18. You can add a little water and continue to stir-fry; there is no need to cover the pot to maintain the color of the garlic leaves;
19. Taste it at the end. Because of the bacon, it already has a salty taste. If it feels bland, you can add a little salt to enhance the taste;
20. Finally, stir-fry a few more times before serving.
Tips
- 1. When cleaning garlic seedlings, it is best to rinse them continuously with tap water to prevent pesticide residues;
