Stir-fried clams with dried radish (spicy flavor)
Ingredients
- Clam meat 250g
- Dried radish 250g
- Qiaotou hot pot ingredients Appropriate amount
- Cooking wine Appropriate amount
- Ginger A few slices
- Chopped green onion A little
Steps
1. Wash the thin strips of dried radish several times to remove the salt, then cut them into pieces.
2. Select and wash the clam meat several times and squeeze out the water.
3. Prepare cooking wine and Qiaotou spicy hot pot ingredients and watch your taste increase.
4. Chop ginger and green onion.
5. Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add shredded ginger and stir-fry.
6. Turn to low heat, add the hot pot ingredients and stir-fry until loose.
7. Stir-fry on low heat to get the aroma.
8. Turn to medium heat, add clam meat and stir-fry until fragrant.
9. Pour cooking wine into the pot and continue stir-frying.
10. Add dried radish and stir-fry.
11. Stir fry evenly to release the aroma. There is no need to add salt as the hot pot ingredients and dried radish already contain salt.
12. After sauteing, add chopped green onion, stir-fry a few times and then plate it.
