Stir-fried ham with vegetables
Ingredients
- Small rapeseed 4-6 trees
- Ham 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt/cooking oil/water starch Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Rinse 4-6 fresh rapeseeds with clean water.
2. Take a small rapeseed and cut it vertically from the middle.
3. Cut half of the rapeseed in half vertically. That is, each rapeseed bean is cut into 4 parts on average.
4. Cut all the rapeseed and set aside.
5. Boil a pot of water, add a small amount of salt and cooking oil to the water, add the rapeseed and blanch it for 10 seconds. Then quickly take it out and rinse it with cold water twice.
6. Drain off the water and set aside.
7. Arrange the blanched rapeseed into a circle on the plate. The stems of baby rapeseed are in the outer circle and the leaves are in the inner circle.
8. Take a piece of ham.
9. Cut into 0.6 cm cubes. Mince the garlic and set aside.
10. Add 1 tablespoon of dry starch to half a bowl of water to make a thin water-starch juice.
11. Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
12. Add in diced ham.
13. Add water starch juice and appropriate amount of salt.
14. Stir evenly and turn off the heat.
15. Pour the gravy into the vegetable plate.
16. A very simple and delicious vegetable fried ham is completed.
