Stir-fried organic cauliflower
Ingredients
- Organic cauliflower 1 piece (about 750g)
- Pork 100g
- Green pepper 1 piece
- Xiaomi Chili 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Doubanjiang 1 spoon
- Salt 1.5 small teaspoons
- MSG Appropriate amount
- Vinegar 1 spoon
- Chives 1 piece
Steps
1. One organic cauliflower
2. Clean and slice the fat and thin pork
3. Cut millet and pepper into rings and green pepper into dices
4. Peel and slice garlic for later use
5. Wash the scallions and cut into sections and set aside
6. Cut the cauliflower into small florets
7. Clean and soak with 1 small teaspoon of salt for 10 minutes
8. Rinse again after 10 minutes, drain and set aside
9. Heat the oil pan until it is 70% hot
10. Add pork
11. Stir-fry over medium-low heat until it changes color and oil oozes out
