Stir-fried shrimps with wheat beans
Ingredients
- Wheat beans 300g
- Shrimp A few
- Oil A spoonful
- Salt A pinch
- Ginger A few slices
- Garlic Several
Steps
1. The ingredients are ready
2. Peel off the meridians of wheat beans and wash them thoroughly
3. Cut one piece into two diagonal slices
4. Peel off the shrimps, devein them and wash them thoroughly
5. Slice and mince the garlic
6. Boil a pot of water and blanch the wheat beans
7. Remove and drain the water
8. Pour the shrimp into the boiling water pot
9. After blanching, take it out and drain
10. Heat up the oil in another pot
11. Sauté minced garlic
12. Pour the blanched beans into the pot
13. Add shrimps and stir-fry a few times
14. Sprinkle in salt
