Stir-fried tripe with green pepper
Ingredients
- Black Hairy Belly 120g
- Green pepper Half
- Edible oil 30ml
- Spicy sauce 20g
- Onions 1/4 pieces
- Ginger 4 slices
- Wine pepper oil 10ml
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
Steps
1. Rinse the hairy belly
2. Cut into strips
3. Cut green pepper into shreds
4. Cut onions into shreds
6. Heat the oil in the pot
7. Add spicy sauce
8. Add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant
9. Add green peppers and onions
10. Fry until 9 is mature
11. Put in the black hair belly
12. Stir fry over high heat
13. Add cooking wine
14. Add rattan pepper oil
15. Mix well and serve on a plate

Tips
- Don't fry the black tripe for too long, otherwise it will become stale. The Sichuan spicy sauce I used is just right and does not require salt.
