Sugar-free cookie fingers (for diabetics)
Ingredients
- Butter 150
- Low powder 200
- Egg One
- Salt Three small spoons
Steps
1. Soften butter at room temperature
2. Dissolve the salt in 10 ml of warm water, wait until it cools, and stir together with the eggs
3. Beat the butter, add the egg liquid, first add a spoonful and beat until the egg liquid and butter are combined, then add again, and do this until the egg liquid is added
4. Add low flour, stir without dry powder, put it into a piping bag and start piping flowers, 190 degrees for 10 minutes

- You can add some sushi seaweed, because sushi seaweed has no sugar
- You can also add chopped nuts
