Summer fruity enzyme drink
Ingredients
- Fresh fruit 1000g
- Water 4.5 liters
- Marshmallow 400g
Steps
1. Dragon fruit is the kind with a red heart. These three fruits are helpful for weight loss.
2. Soak in water and rinse
3. Clean the enzyme barrel
4. Pour in 4.5 liters of water and set aside
5. Peel the fruit. Cut the red dragon fruit in half and peel off the skin easily.
6. Remove the head and tail of the kiwi fruit, then cut into pieces, leaving out the core of the apple. Use the same board and knife you usually use to cut fruits.
7. Cut everything into pieces
8. White sugar, soft white sugar
9. Pour the fruit pieces into the bucket
10. Pour in the sugar as well

12. Close the lid of the enzyme bucket. (The kind with natural exhaust)
13. What a nice color. Just put it in a ventilated place.
14. Stir once every morning and evening. 3-4 days in summer. A week in winter.
15. After soaking, pour it into a bowl, and then use a strainer to filter out the residue.
16. The color is nice.
17. Then pour into a sealable bottle
18. Store in the refrigerator and drink within a week.
19. Have a drink before meals to help you avoid gaining weight.

Tips
- It is normal for some people to go to the bathroom for the next day after drinking, but for some people, they will go to the bathroom more frequently after drinking.
