Ingredients
- About 200g of sushi rice and one piece of seaweed
- 2 fried shrimps
- Cooked eel slices
- Lettuce
- Shred cucumber
- Eel roll
Steps
1. Seaweed Uraman sushi, changing noodles
2. After placing cucumber shreds, lettuce, and fried shrimps, and rolling them into shapes, Urakami eel is served with sushi shiya
3. Cut into 7 pieces, place them on a plate, put cucumber slices on top of each piece, put crab roes on top and it's ready
