Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients
- Chicken tenderloin 2 pieces
- Carrot A paragraph
- White sesame A little
- 1 spoon Cooking wine
- 2 spoons Soy sauce
- 3 spoons White sugar
- 4 spoons Mature vinegar
- 5 spoons Clear water
- Oil Appropriate amount
- Starch Appropriate amount
- Sweet noodle sauce A little
Steps
1. Take out the chicken tenderloin and defrost it;
2. Rinse the thawed chicken tenderloin;
3. Wash and peel the carrots;
4. Slice the carrots;
5. Remove the fascia from the chicken tenderloin;
6. Chop into pieces with a knife;
7. Add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce;
8. A spoonful of starch;
9. Add a spoonful of oil;
10. Stir evenly in the same direction;
11. Pour some starch into the plate;
12. Make a round shape with your hands and roll it on the starch;
13. Pour oil into the pot;
14. When the oil is hot, prepare the sweet and sour sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of sugar, 4 spoons of aged vinegar, 5 spoons of water;
15. Put the meatballs into hot oil, turn to medium to low heat and fry;
16. Fry until golden brown;
17. Install the disk first;
18. Leave some oil in the pot and stir-fry the carrots;
19. Pour the fried meatballs into the carrots;
20. Add the prepared sauce;
21. Cook the sauce until thick;
22. Carrots are taken out of the pot first and placed on the bottom;
23. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of the meatballs;
24. Sour and sweet meatballs;
25. Sweet and sour meatballs are done!
Tips
- 1: When frying the meatballs, adjust the heat to medium to low, which is easier to control and avoid oil splashing;
- 2: The sweet and sour sauce is prepared in the proportion of 1 spoon of cooking wine, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 3 spoons of white sugar, 4 spoons of mature vinegar and 5 spoons of water.
