Sweet and Sour Prawns with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- Shrimp 500g
- Tomato sauce 2 tablespoons
- Light soy sauce 2 spoons
- Sugar 4 small spoons
- Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
- Salt 2 tablespoons
- Ginger 3 or 4 slices
- Clear water 1/3 small bowl
Steps
1. Ingredients.
2. Open the backs of the shrimps, remove the muddy tendons, rinse them and drain them.
3. Add cooking wine.
