Steps
1. Fresh horsemouth

8. Put about 20g of flour and 5 or 6 horsemouth in a plastic bag and shake it, the horsemouth will be coated with flour.
9. This is horsemouth dipped in flour. If you buy a lot of fish, dip it in flour in batches, otherwise the fish will stick together.
10. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. When the oil temperature is 50% to 60% hot, add the horsemouth and fry both sides of the fish until golden brown.
