Thai curry shrimp
Ingredients
- Prawn 300g
- Shiitake mushrooms 4 pcs
- Lemon leaves 3-5 pieces
- Lemongrass 1 root
- Ginger 5-6 tablets
- Lemon 1
- Xiaomijiao 4 pieces
- Fish Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Coconut milk 80ml
- Curry powder Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare the tools needed for cooking
2. Prepare all the ingredients needed for cooking, see the ingredient list for details
3. Remove the heads and shells of the shrimps and leave a section of the tails, and set aside the heads
4. Slice ginger, garlic and onion
5. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them for later use
6. Cut the other ingredients into cubes and sprinkle the cooked shrimp with a layer of flour
