Thai Hot and Sour Shrimp Noodle Soup
Ingredients

- Shrimp 6
- Onion Half one
- Gong Pills 2 pills
- Tomato 150g (about 1 piece)
- Lemon Juice 3T
- Lemongrass 1 stick
- Hot and sour soup cube 1 serving
- Cilantro 30g
- Basil 30g
- White noodles 2 handfuls
Steps
1. Lemongrass is not so easy to buy... Once you buy it, you must use it!
2. Leave the top leaves of the coriander first! Don’t throw away the coriander roots either!
3. Wash the shrimps, make meatballs, onions, dice tomatoes, mince coriander, slice lemongrass diagonally, lemon juice, hot and sour soup cubes
4. Add hot and sour soup cubes to 700cc of water and bring to a boil
5. Add Gongmaru
6. Add lemongrass
7. Add onions
8. Add tomatoes
9. Add lemon juice
10. Add coriander roots and ends
11. White noodles are here
12. Cook noodles in hot water
13. Cook and scoop into a large bowl
14. Let the soup boil
15. Add the shrimp and cook until cooked, turn off the heat
16. Remove the shrimp first
17. Ladle the soup into the noodle bowl
18. Add shrimps, top with coriander leaves and basil leaves!
19. Let’s move!
Tips
- Seafood will be overcooked if cooked for too long, so it is not necessary to continue cooking it over high heat. It is best to take out the seafood and eat it first, and then enjoy the soup after using the seafood.
