Ingredients
- Edamame 300g
- 200g minced meat
- Ginger 5g
- 5g minced garlic
- Appropriate amount of pickled pepper (increase or decrease according to personal taste)
- Light soy sauce 10g
- Oyster sauce 8g
- Salt 2g
- 2g peppercorns
- Chicken essence 2g
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients: 300g edamame, 200g minced meat, 5g minced ginger, 5g minced garlic, appropriate amount of pickled pepper (increase or decrease according to personal taste).
2. Prepare seasonings: 10g light soy sauce, 8g oyster sauce, 2g salt, 2g peppercorns, 2g chicken essence
3. Chop the ginger and garlic into fine pieces.
4. Chop the pickled peppers into small pieces. The amount of pickled peppers can be increased or decreased according to personal taste.
5. Add an appropriate amount of salad oil to the wok and heat until 80% hot.
6. After the oil is hot, add peppercorns, minced ginger, garlic and pickled peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.
7. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until the color of the minced meat turns white.
8. Add edamame and stir-fry for another minute.
