Tin foil enoki mushrooms (oven version)
Ingredients
- Enoki mushroom 1 handful
- Garlic Appropriate amount
- Chives Appropriate amount
- Oyster sauce Appropriate amount
- Soy sauce Appropriate amount
- Practical oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven at 180 degrees
2. Cut off the heads of enoki mushrooms and wash them
3. You can add more or less garlic as you like
4. Flatten the back of the knife to peel the skin easily
5. Chop
6. A baking sheet
7. Wrap the baking sheet with a piece of tin foil to prevent food from sticking to the baking sheet and make it easy to clean
8. First spread the enoki mushrooms
9. Add garlic
10. Mix an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce and cooking oil, and add a small amount of sugar to enhance the freshness
11. Pour onto the enoki mushrooms
12. Bake the upper and lower tubes at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
13. Prepare a small amount of chopped green onion. If you like coriander, you can add coriander. If you like spicy, add millet pepper
14.Sprinkle with chopped green onion and bake for half a minute and it’s ready to serve
