Tom Yum Pizza
Ingredients
- Shrimp, pizza dough
- Bag Tom Yum Seasoning
- Fish sauce, lime juice
- Coconut flour, mozzarella cheese
Steps
1. Peel the shells and backs of the shrimps, blanch them quickly in boiling water, take them out and set aside
2. Take some of the spice packets from the bagged seasoning, add water and cook until fragrant, pour in coconut powder to dissolve, let cool and set aside
3. Pour all the sauce from the bagged seasoning into a bowl, add fish sauce and lime juice and mix well
5. Spread good tom yum sauce on the crust
6. Add shrimps and sprinkle them with soy sauce
7. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until slightly charred
Tips
- PS: If you don’t have sea shrimp, you can also use river shrimp, preferably larger for easier shelling
- There is no technical content in the preparation process of this dish. The only thing you need to pay attention to is that when blanching the shrimp, do not blanch it for too long, otherwise the color will change. Take it out immediately, otherwise the meat will become tough after being grilled. It also tastes like Tom Yum Goong, except that the common shrimp soup has been replaced by the pizza that foreigners are more familiar with, but it is really delicious and has a completely different feeling from drinking soup
