Tomato and tofu pot
Ingredients
- Tofu 250g
- Tomatoes 200 grams
- Oil Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Eggs 1
- Chicken soup Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Peel and cut tomatoes into cubes and set aside.
2. Cut the tofu into evenly sized pieces.
3. Make hot water in a pot, blanch the tofu cubes and take them out.
4. Beat the eggs, put a little oil in the pot, fry the eggs and serve.
5. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add tomatoes and stir-fry.
6. Fry the red oil and turn off the heat.
7. Put the tomatoes into the casserole and cook over high heat.
8. Add tofu cubes.
9. Add appropriate amount of chicken soup.
10. Add a little salt to taste.
11. After the pot is boiled, simmer slowly over low heat.
12. Add eggs.
13. Continue to simmer over low heat, and be careful to stir during the process to prevent the pot from sticking.
14. Turn off the heat when the tofu is fragrant.

Tips
- Blanching tofu can remove the beany smell.
- If you don’t have chicken soup, you can add chicken essence, or you can just use water.
- You can also directly stir-fry tomatoes in a casserole.
