Tomato Enoki Mushroom

- Enoki mushrooms A handful
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Cut the tomatoes into cross-cut shapes and let them sit in boiling water for about a minute.
3. Peel and set aside
4. Wash and tear the enoki mushrooms and set aside.
5. Dice the peeled tomatoes
6. Adjust the sauce: a spoonful of light soy sauce
7. Half a spoon of oyster sauce
8. Half a spoon of sugar
9. Stir evenly
10. Heat oil in a pan, add diced tomatoes, and sauté until tomatoes release juice.
11. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce
12. Pour in the sauce
13. Add enoki mushrooms and a little salt
14. Continue to stir-fry for two minutes
15. Sprinkle with chopped green onion
